Every child grows and learns new things at his or her own pace. Children may vary by as much as 6
months in some things they can do. If you have any concerns about your child’s development, you should speak with our Director.
Children can repeat numbers, match things that are related, pick out which group has more, can share, can take turns, can help serve self, can clean up spills, can dress with no help, can swing self on swing, can hop on each foot, can kick a large ball and connect dots on paper. Children can also name coins, can talk with other, can tell what is the same or different, can tell their birthday, can name two feelings – happy or sad – can tell what is real or make-believe, can put on a shirt, knows front from back, can brush their teeth, can catch a ball, can march in time to music and can draw a person (stick figure).
